Terms of use for beamlight-lashes.ca (hereinafter “AURA Monaco”) product reviews

These Terms of Use govern your conduct in connection with the “Product Reviews” service offered by AURA Monaco. In the event of any conflict between AURA Monaco’s Privacy Policy and these Terms of Use, these Terms of Use shall prevail with respect to the Product Review Service.

By participating in the evaluation service for customers, you agree to the processing of the personal data you have submitted in the context of the evaluation of the evaluation results.

By submitting your product review to AC Beauty Supply GmbH & Co KG, you agree to the Terms of Use and warrant the following:

• You are the sole author and owner of the copyrights;
• You waive any moral rights you may have in such content;
• all the content you have entered is correct;
• You are at least 18 years of age and agree and warrant that use of the content you provide will not violate the Terms of Use and will not cause harm to any person or entity;

In addition, you agree and warrant that you will not submit any content,

• known to you to be false, inaccurate or misleading;
• infringes any copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary or intellectual property rights, rights of privacy, copyrights or rights of publicity of any third party;
• violate any law, statute, regulation or other rule (including, but not limited to, consumer protection, unfair competition, anti-discrimination and deceptive advertising rules);
• defamatory, disparaging, libelous, hateful, racially or religiously biased, offensive, threatening or harassing to any person, firm, corporation or entity, or could reasonably be perceived to be so defamatory, disparaging, libelous, hateful, racially or religiously biased, offensive, threatening or harassing to any person, firm, corporation or entity;
• for which you have received payment or any other consideration from a third party;
• containing information that points to other websites, addresses, email addresses, contact information or phone numbers, or that contains a computer virus, worms or other potentially dangerous computer programs or files.

By submitting Content, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless AC Beauty Supply GmbH & Co KG (and its officers, directors, agents, representatives, aides, participating companies, employees, and third-party service providers) from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, and consequential damages of every kind and nature, known or unknown, including attorneys’ fees, arising out of your failure to comply with the Terms of Use, your violation of any law, or your violation of any rights of another.

For any content submitted by you, you grant AC Beauty Supply GmbH & Co. KG a worldwide, factually and spatially unrestricted, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable right (license) to use, reproduce, edit, translate, publish and partially or completely delete it in any and all media (especially for internet, print media, TV and video). Any content submitted by you may be used by AURA Monaco at its sole discretion. AURA Monaco reserves the right to modify, abridge or delete any Content on the Site that AURA Monaco, in its sole discretion, deems inconsistent with the Content Guidelines or any other provision of these Terms of Use. AURA Monaco does not warrant that AURA Monaco will provide you with the ability to edit or delete any content you submit. Reviews and written comments are typically posted within two to four business days. However, AURA Monaco reserves the right to remove or reject any Submission for any reason. You acknowledge that you, and not AURA Monaco, are responsible for the content of your submission. None of the Content you submit may be relied upon by AURA Monaco, its agents, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, third party service providers, and their respective officers, agents and employees. By submitting your email address in connection with your review, you agree that AURA Monaco and its service providers may use your email address to notify you of the status of your review or for other administrative purposes.
