Can i return used products?
Important note, make sure to read: Do NOT return used items. Only products that have no signs of use and have an undamaged complete outer packaging can be returned.
This applies to both eyelash glue and lamps. If a lamp has signs of use, the packaging is damaged or an eyelash glue has already been opened, a return is NOT possible unless there is a defect. In this case, please contact our customer service BEFORE making a return.
If you have any problems with retention, handling of the system or something else: Please contact our support and one of our eyelash stylists with more than 20 years experience will help you solve the problem within minutes. Beam Light works 100% and we are happy to assist you.
How do i ship my return?
Pack the goods well and cushion them sufficiently. If possible, send it with a tracking number so that you have a proof in case the goods get lost on the way to us. ALWAYS put a note with your order number in the package, otherwise we can not assign your return.
What is the return deadline?
You can return your ordered items within 14 days from receipt and we will refund you the corresponding purchase price, create a voucher code for you, or send you the returned item again if it was defective.
Please remember that only unused, unopened and undamaged merchandise can be returned.
How long does the refund take?
After processing and arranging the return, it may take up to 14 days for the refund to reach your account. Refunds are always made via the previously selected payment method.
